INTRODUCTION: First of all I just want to let everyone know that I got my email address back. It was a long, hard battle – after all, like I mentioned, the battle was me against the corporate giant, TELUS COMMUNICATIONS, the main phone company in Canada.

And this all happened just in time. After being on the phone for over 2 hours Friday and today, they enabled my email again and just in time to message everyone about the latest thing happening in Jessie’s case.
My daughter JESSIE FOSTER is an international endangered missing woman and suspected to be a victim of a human trafficking ring and perhaps was killed by a truck driver serial killer.

Now there is another report of a dismembered body found in Glenwood Springs, Colorado – according to Fox News, June 15, 2009, (who also reported on Jessie’s case in connection to the trucker driver / highway / serial killer scenario) – http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,526244,00.html.

This report bothers me more than some of the others for a couple of reasons…first of all, simply because it is another dismembered body and according to the AMW and Nightline reports, Jessie’s is a possible victim as the other three women sadly are but has just not been found yet.

Also, this is a young woman, as Jessie is, and there is extensive dental work – which Jessie has had. It is also noted that there are several tattoos; which as far as we know, Jessie never even had one, but that is not to say she never got one at sometime.

INTRO:

My poor little newsletter is not going the way I had planned and it saddens me. When Telus disabled my ability to send emails since last month, it has kept me from my contact with others that I have on a constant basis.

I send out a lot of emails, and now I have been wasting so much time trying to figure out what to do about it. I tried to set up my email addresses and simply use my glendene@telus.net at the Telus Webmail page, as it is usually ok to do even when your email client, in my case, Outlook Express, is not able to send out on the Telus mail SMTP server, but for some reason the webmail addressbook will not take my entries and trying to copy and paste my list did not work, it came back with an email error message, but I did not know what one was wrong. Then I tried setting up my addressbook in my jessiesmom@jessiefoster.ca address, but it would not work with the import function to put my list in without individually entering them one-at-a-time – who knows, I may go back and do that. Then I set up everything in Windows Live and just use my maggiemaebc@hotmail.com address, but it limited me to the amount of messages per day, and that simply did not give me enough to send to my whole list.

So, for my newsletter for last week, it got emailed to a very small part of my list and posted on some of my sites. The reason I say some of them, is because I wasted so much time on the email thing, that everything else got neglected.

That saddens me on many levels – not being able to do a missing person in my last newsletter, which is the point of this newsletter is the worst thing, and then falling behind in my emails, posts and everything else makes it all worse. After all, this is my job now.

Searching for Jessie and helping others as much as possible when they have a missing person in their lives is all I can do. Some people are just finding out their child, parent, sibling or friends is missing and others want to know how I manage to keep Jessie’s case in the public’s eye for over 3 years and if there is a way to answer them or help them, I will. Finding Jessie is what I want to do, but you all know that my second desire is to help others on the way – and to continue after we find her.

So, on page 2, I will be putting links to some organizations and sites that will help families with a missing loved one needing to know what to do when this happens in their lives. God knows I pray that you will never need to use it – AMEN. Glendene.

I wanted to include this Domino’s Pizza Gift Certificate for our Fundraiser Dinner for Jessica Foster ~ June 17, 2006 (wow, almost 3 years ago to the day) so you can see how much support we have received from our local businesses (who donate raffle ticket gifts, food and services – we even had someone donate a porta-potty for the dinner guests – which came in pretty handy that over 100 people did not have to use my house bathroom) and citizens (who come to the dinners and buy the raffle & 50/50 tickets we sell).

So here I am again, writing a newsletter without being able to get anyone to either give me permission to include their missing loved on in my newsletter, since I have not been able to message as I usually do, like I did with APRIL PITZER and VALOR HOWELL, in the 2nd issue – April’s mom emailed me right back after my 1st issue and said she definitely wanted April’s story in here and Valor’s dad’s family are friends of mine here in Kamloops, and I got permission from them.

So here is Issue 4 without any specific missing person’s story being told, but please, if you want someone included, simply email me, and it will be done. You can either write it yourself including police info & websites, etc, or I can take information from other sites to include. I want to get as many people in my newsletter as possible – this will be one small way I can try to pay-it-forward, as so many others have when they helped me when Jessie went missing.

This list is a SMALL list of organizations that are there specifically to help families & friends with a missing loved one. There are simply too many to post and I am very sorry for all those who have helped me since Jessie has been missing who is not listed here, but I will be posting links often. My name is Rosanna McDonnell; I learned the skill of stained glass here in Kamloops several years ago. I chose working with art glass as a form of artistic expression for many reasons; the wonderful textures, the broad spectrum of colors and an array of illumination in different light. A finished piece of stained glass art is essentially two pieces, as they show diverse radiance during the daylight and at night. The best part of working with glass for me would be holding the finished piece up to the natural light for the first time.

The piece that you are viewing is called “Finding Her Way” brilliantly framed with a chocolate pear wood. It is a panel I created and donated to Glendene Grant, a long time resident of Kamloops.

Glendene is a mother who is desperately searching for her daughter Jessie Foster. Jessie has gone missing from Las Vegas area more than a year ago.
This stained glass piece can be won in the Jessie Foster Fundraising Raffle. Tickets are only $25.00 for 1 or 5 for $100.00 the value is over $1,500.00 dollars. The value of a human being is priceless.

INTRO:

This letter may be confusing, because I started it the one day when I sent my message to Telus and finished it the next day with my letter to everyone else. At the end of this letter is some communication I have had with the Telus Abuse Team throughout March, April and May of this year.

No one has to tell me that I send out a lot of emails – I also post on 2 Facebook accounts – one for MissingJessie Foster and one for Glendene Grant, MySpace, NowPublic, 3 blogs [Jessie blog, news article blog, newsletter blog], our own forum FindJessie and many other missing persons blogs & forums that I am a part of. I also spend a lot of time getting Jessie’s story in the media.

But I was still shocked when after several months of Telus ‘whitelising’ my IP Address every 48 hours (this was their suggestion), so I can send out my emails to our family, friends, supporters, investigators (police, private eyes, bounty hunters), media, many different missing persons networking sites that is helping us with Jessie’s search – to everyone; they shut off my outgoing emails to my account. I have all the emails sent by then telling me it is done (see the latest email as an example below), wishing us luck and prayers in our search for Jessie.

Then I get a call yesterday from Abraham-ID#: 826001 from the Telus Abuse Team (the same group of people who have been in constant communication with me about this issue) telling me that I am spamming (now let me clear up one thing that was explained me to months ago when I got a call from Telus Abuse several months ago telling me that I have not been reported as a spammer by anyone, but the Telus system is recognizing my account as sending out enough emails that they thought it may be from spamming. After talking to me, they knew that was not what I doing – they realized I was simply trying to find my child) I was surprised, not just because of the arrangement I had with them, but because I am not spamming. I have asked over and over that is someone does not want to receive emails, all they have to do is ask to be removed – you can believe I have been asked and I have removed many addresses – for many different reasons (there is just too much stuff to read; they are using a blackberry or other handheld email device and they don’t want all the emails on it – they emails are pretty depressing, no doubt, they are about missing persons, kidnapping, murder and human trafficking, even though it is the same thing that movies and television shows are all about these days – there have been many reasons, but the fact is, they do not need a reason. All they have to do is ask. However, some people are simply put BIG FAT BABIES (sorry, that was rude of me). Rather than ask or even DELETE the emails, or here is a good one: BLOCK MY ADDRESS. They all work, but no – there are people out there who would waste more of their time emailing my Internet/Email provider and complain about a mother searching for her child. Some people really do not have much of a life, if they have time for that. I mean, I get dozens of spam a day – YES, A DAY, all through Telus email – no, they do not stop the emails about making some guys p**** bigger, or pills to ‘get it up’ or to ‘keep it up’ (sorry folks, had to say it, as that is what real spam is about and I get tons of it a day and Telus does nothing to stop it – even reporting it as spam, they want us to do the investigating on the emails – simply forwarding it gets you a message back that they need THE HEADERS, THE ‘THIS’ AND THE ‘THAT’, making it so people just DO NOT BOTHER).

But yet, here I am, one day off – today – and I have spent the entire day in tears, trying to see what I can do about fighting the giant corporation TELUS COMMUNICATIONS – like it was not enough for me to be up against the likes of Facebook disabling so many accounts only there to help find the missing.

So, seriously, if someone has a better idea of what I should be doing for over 3 years since Jessie went missing PLEASE TELL ME, because if I am not doing that, I am going crazy. I am crying – I am a mess. I need to keep going, I need to know that on a daily basis, even hourly and more – that someone, anyone, even if it is me, is working on Jessie’s case. So, if it was your child that disappeared off the face of the earth, never to be heard from again for over 3 years, WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

So, obviously, from my tenacity and my non-stop work on Jessie’s case, I have not just managed to anger Facebook enough to cancel 13 accounts (now, with the Facebook issue, I simply go get a new email address, and sign up for a new account and start over…and over…and over…and over. What else is there to do? There are so many people on Facebook, there are so many groups for the missing – some even started by myself that I find I always go back and get another about started), but now that I have got Telus, a HUGE Canadian communications corporation in Canada mad at me I do not know where to turn, BUT TO MY FRIEND ALL OVER, ESPECIALLY IN THE MEDIA – HELP US STAND UP TO TELUS – TELL THEM THAT THERE ARE SITUATIONS THAT DIFFER FROM THE REST AND THEY NEED TO BE PREPARED TO MEET WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS ON A LEVEL THAT IS UNDERSTANDING OF THESE CIRCUMSTANCES.

Telus is mad enough to stop me from emailing anyone from my own email address, glendene@telus.net. I use this email address a lot. I also have my jessiesmom@jessiefoster.ca email address, which I will be using more often now, because there is no chance for this account to EVER be shut down, at least not before we find Jessie – this address is attached to our www.jessiefoster.ca website and it is sponsored by our good friend and my hubby Jim’s boss, Doug Wells – Comtec Electrical with special thanks to Patricia Cornborough for all the work and long hours she puts into it.

I do not know if I have been reported as a spammer, or if Telus computers see me as one, regardless, I know I send out lots of emails, but I feel I have to, in order to keep Jessie's case active and people still looking.)

Please, please, please, I need your help or someone's help. This needs to be forwarded or given to someone of authority with Telus, NOT TO THE ABUSE TEAM, but to their supervisor, or at least the supervisor of one Abraham-ID#: 826001. This is important AND URGENT. If this email goes to Abraham-ID#: 826001, then I expect you to forward it to your supervisor so I can get the proper follow-up on my complaint against you and my request for help from Telus in this terrible situation our family....MY DAUGHTER, is in.

Abraham-ID#: 826001, from your Telus Abuse Team in Edmonton just called me with the RUDEST attitude. He refused to allow me to talk to his supervisor, as he said he was the supervisor, but everyone has a supervisor or a boss above them unless they own the company, and he told me, RUDELY, that he doesn't care what my reason for my emailing (even told me flat out that my missing daughter is NOT AN ISSUE - WHAT? - I need his supervisor's contact email or toll free number, since I have no long distance on my phone, as we are teetering on bankruptcy, since every penny we earn goes to investigators, our reward and the investigation - 10's of 1000's of dollars), because, simply put...I AM A SPAMMER. I have over and over asked anyone who does not want to receive my emails to please ask and they are removed immediately from my addressbook, and sometimes people do. Abraham-ID#: 826001, would not tell me, as others have, whether it is a personal complaint or if the Telus system is seeing lots of emails from me.

MY DAUGHTER HAS BEEN MISSING OVER 3 YEARS, IF MY INTERNET PROVIDER LIMITS ME ON EMAILS, THEN PLEASE, TRY TO HELP ME, NOT THREATEN TO CANCEL MY EMAIL ADDRESS THAT IS KNOWN TO THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE IN REGARDS TO MY INTERNATIONAL, ENDANGERED MISSING DAUGHTER, JESSIE FOSTER (WHO IS LIKELY THE VICTIM OF A HUMAN TRAFFICKING RING).

In the past, the Abuse Team asked me to email them every 48 hours with my IP address (and I do) so I can be whitelisted and be able to send my emails to our family, friends and supporters worldwide (as a human trafficking victim, we do not know where in the world Jessie is, so we have people all over the world helping us in our search - sadly, everyone at Telus has been excellent and totally understanding of this tragic and most different situation (they have never had a customer with a missing child or my request to email to my large address book - thank God for them and for your other customers).

I am shaking so badly, he has upset me so much? Seriously, with what I deal with on a daily, hourly and more, basis, why did he feel the need to put me through this? Also, when I asked for the contact phone number to telus abuse, Abraham-ID#: 826001, said it so fast, I could not write it down, when I asked him to repeat it, he did it again and when I asked a third time...this time I was upset even more for his terrible customer service / attitude towards me, that I raised my voice so he hung up on me - I am sorry for raising my voice - even though it was not by much, but he was totally out of line in his attitude and words to me. Even my daughter that was here with me was trying to take the phone from me to find out what his problem was, but he hung up the phone in my ear before she could.

INTRO:

My first order of business is to let everyone know what an excellent response we had to our first ever White Picket Fence Newsletter-MISSING JESSIE FOSTER. I started of flying by the seat of my pants (by the way, what the heck does that really mean??) but since I have a lot to say, it was not that hard to do. (Funny story-I was wondering how I was supposed to number my newsletter with the volume and the issue numbers, so I Googled it. This is the answer and I was so happy to find out: Typically publications use volume to indicate the number of the year of the publication's life. As much as I want to have a big party for Jessie's 25th birthday, I really do not feel much like 'partying' a much as celebrating Jessie's life with prayers and candles ~ that is, unless, of course, someone can bring Jessie home for her birthday, then we will have the biggest party you have ever seen or heard of. Last year we had a huge, beautiful celebration for Jessie's 24th birthday, there were dozens of people here and we had a big balloon release for her. Plus we had a bbq and cake - it was awesome. This year will be quieter, but there will be dozens, if not hundreds - heck, shoot for it - let's get THOUSANDS to attend in their hearts. Jessie's mom Glendene. VALOR’S STORY (CANADIAN Case #: 0600588)
It is hard to believe, but I also work with someone who has a missing person in her family. The missing person is a young child, Valor (Taylor) Howell ~ Born September 7th, 2000, who is the victim of a parental abduction. His mother snatched him away in December 1st, 2004, when young Valor was just 4 years old. For some reason, his mother, Jamie Howell (AKA: Jamie Anderson) thought that when Valor’s daddy got custody of his two older sisters, she had something to worry about. I mean, he got custody pretty much by default, not because of a long, drawn out custody case. The mother was unfit and it was not even a possibility that she could give them a stable, loving environment to grow up in, so of course the father is going to give them a home. But as far as they knew, she was ‘wonkie’ (you know what I mean), but they did not think she would take him and run across the border from Canada to the USA. The Hague Convention is even involved in this kidnapping because of the international status of the case (mother has family in Canada & the USA); (http://www.hagueconvention.ca/) and when they are found (not if, but when), she will be arrested and jailed for international child abduction.

APRIL’S STORY

April Beth Pitzer, age 30 and mother of two, went missing June 28, 2004. April was last seen in the vicinity of the 30000 block of Caspian Way in Newberry Springs, CA. She told her roommate that she was leaving on a bus to visit her mother in Arkansas, but never arrived. April had been a model for a variety of clothing stores in Arkansas and Texas. She left behind two young daughters, whom she doted upon.

In December 2005, clothing was found in a mineshaft in Ludlow, California. In January 2006, April's mother positively identified the clothing as belonging to her daughter. There was no other sign of April at the scene. April has a medical condition and requires medication.

INTRO:

My first order of business is to thank you all for reading the very first newsletter for JESSIE FOSTER, my international endangered missing daughter, and who is most likely the victim of a human trafficking ring.

I have wanted to get a real newsletter started for some time and I finally made myself make the time. What is more important than keeping everyone updated on Jessie’s case and cases of other missing persons and what better way than a real newsletter and not just a typed up email message?

My second order of business is to tell you how I came up with the name for Missing Jessie Foster’s White Picket Fence Newsletter. I raised 4 daughters, Crystal, Jessie, Katie and Jennee in the same home in Kamloops, BC Canada. We moved there on June 28, 1987 Crystal was 4 ½, Jessie was 3 and Katie was 6 months old. We moved from Calgary, AB so I would be able to raise my kids in a smaller city or large town, depending on whom you talk to would depend on how they thought of Kamloops.

My parents moved here when I was just 10 years old and I loved it from the start. I just knew it would be a great place to raise the kids…not too small and definitely not too big. Crystal and Jessie went to the big city quite often to visit with their dad and his family.

Our little home has always had a white picket fence in the front yard, and to me, that symbolizes home and safety – maybe it is my age – I will be 52 years old in October – but it does. And to me, I had it in my head that my kids were being raised in a safe home in a safe neighbourhood – and when they went to visit their dad in Calgary, they also lived in a nice home, in a good neighbourhood.

Sadly what we consider a nice safe place to raise the kids, in a home with a white picket fence out front is never really there. We have to always be careful and raise our kids to also be careful . . . of our surroundings and of who we trust. We have to use our instincts and take the word of our loved ones and others in who we already have placed trust and faith. They would never intentionally lead you into harm’s way.

SO, LET’S ALL SEE IF WE CANNOT BRING THE FEELING BACK TO THE FAMILY – YOU KNOW, THE FEELING OF BEING SAFE, SECURE & LOVED, EVEN IF NOW-A-DAYS THAT MEANS HAVING CAR & HOUSE ALARMS AND NEVER LEAVING HOME WITHOUT A CELL PHONE OR GPS CONNECTED TO YOUR CAR. WITH ALL THAT PROTECTING US TO A DEGREE, WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO WALK AND DRIVE IN RELATIVE PEACE & HAPPINESS.

So, to my family, friends and supporters in our case and in the quest to stop the epidemic of missing people (human trafficking and all types of missing cases ~ and trust me, there are so many different stories of the missing, you would never believe it - I know many of them, and I still do not believe it ~ and unsolved crimes, let me thank you from the bottom of my heart and welcome you to our ‘new’ newsletter – we are like the ‘little engine who could’ – if you think about it. I mean, who knew, years ago our family – MY OWN DAUGHTER would be smack in the middle of a missing person’s case and the likely victim of an international human trafficking ring. We are among the millions of people in this world whose lives should never have been touched in this way.


JESSIE’S STORY

Jessie went missing between the dates of March 29, 2006 and April 3, 2006 from the house she was living at in North Las Vegas, NV USA – she is from Canada, making her case one with international status.

We believe the date is actually March 29, 2006, but due to ‘red tape’, Jessie’s case was not allowed to be reported until after her dad, Dwight Foster; stepmom Tracy Foulds; and the rest of the family returned from Tracy’s oldest daughter’s wedding in Mexico, and the police wanted to ensure that Jessie was not with them at the wedding. I understood their concern, but was still upset that we were not able to get her report filed sooner – so, as I said, we believe that Jessie went missing on March 29, 2006 – otherwise we would have heard from her after that date, and up to the date she did go missing. Jessie kept in constant contact with her family.

Jessie case has got a fair bit of media attention, but not because her case garnered it naturally – heck no. After thousands upon thousands of sent and received emails, messages on forums, blogs, networking sites & websites and everything else that I have done to get Jessie’s case the attention that I believed it deserved, she has got a ‘fair bit’ of media. It is hard to get and keep a missing person’s case in the news. Very hard to get and even harder to keep, due to the sheer numbers of cases out there. There would be no way to ever ‘catch up’ on the cases that have sat there, waiting for someone to work on them, be it the police officers, private investigators or simply the family not willing to give up quite so easily. The family HAS TO DO IT, or it simply WON’T GET DONE. Sad, but oh, so true.
